Me against the scanner

Me against the scanner or that moment in time when you do not understand after the 10th attempt why your scanner settings produce a crappy scan – and you actually like it πŸ™‚

Hasselblad and the Tatoo

One of my favorite shootings in a while.

It’s quit funny to go back to analog and wait two weeks until you see your shots. Picture is from a studio shooting with Sara, a very special young lady with a tremendous sense of humor (we laughed a lot)…

Nikon F3 Polaback

I guess the Nikon F3 Polaback and I need still a little more time. While the series of results is promising, from complete black over a little hint of an image to “if you know what you shot you understand the image”, I’m still far from what I expected πŸ™‚

Funny thing is that you need to calculate and convert exposure values to the amount of light the Polaback needs. Doing so you realize how much simpler life has become since the time that Polaback was introduced…

Polaweekend! :-)

A while ago I bid for a lot of Polaroid 600 films of the Impossible project, ignoring that I actually have only a SX-70 Land camera, well, we now also have a 600 Land camera, say HI to the new toy πŸ™‚ Photopgraphy get’s slowed doen again, it takes 20-30 minutes until the picture is developed πŸ™‚

The other “new” toy is a Pola back for my beloved Nikon F3 that has been collecting dust in the last years. Let’s see whether the Polafilm (other type I have to figure out) is still ok, but first get some batteries for the F3 πŸ™‚
